GENERAL INFORMATION

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

DEFINITION OF THE ORDER

METHOD 'FOR ERSERCIZIO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within that period, a written communication to the Infinity Security L.T.D. by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

If goods have been delivered the goods, the customer is required to return to Infinity Security L.T.D.

within fifteen (15) working days from the date of delivery.

Good should be returned to Infinity Security L.T.D. complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and all that originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in its original wrapping. The product should be returned together with a copy of e-receipt of order. The costs of returning the property to Infinity Security L.T.D. I am charged to the customer.

TERMINATION CLAUSE

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by Purchaser under this warranty or any further legal guarantees will be the Court of Messina. In case of victory of Infinity Security L.T.D. in an action, the plaintiff must reimburse Infinity Security L.T.D. expenses, including attorneys' fees and court costs incurred by Infinity Security L.T.D. for their own defense.
